Josh LaBry

General Manager

Josh is the General Manager of Exos Plano, bringing extensive experience in fitness management and athletic development. A native of Washington, D.C., Josh grew up in Frisco and graduated from Lone Star High School, where he played soccer with FC Dallas. He continued his soccer career in college and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. He is currently pursuing his MBA and holds certifications as a NASM CPT, PES, CES, along with USSF Referee and Coaching credentials. In his career, Josh has taken on diverse roles, including Sales Manager at LA Fitness, Head Coach at Orangetheory (leading 15 classes weekly and fostering community outreach), and Personal Training Director at the YMCA of Dallas, where he led a team of trainers and organized events to expand the organization’s impact. Most recently, he managed franchise development and staff recruitment for Xponential Fitness in North Collin County. Outside of work, Josh values family time with his wife, Jeweliane, and their one-year-old daughter, Elena. An avid traveler and reality TV fan, he’s also a dedicated Boston Celtics supporter. Passionate about empowering athletes with personalized training and performance services, Josh looks forward to making a lasting impact on athletes’ journeys both in sports and in life.

Jacob Rivera

Performance Manager

With over 11 years at Exos, Jacob has dedicated his career to supporting athletes across all levels—from professional and collegiate competitors to high school and adult athletes. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Jacob’s commitment to athletic performance and wellness extends to his personal life, where he enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers, spending time with his wife Allison, and running. His true passion lies in working with youth, helping them build foundational habits that support their long-term athletic and personal growth.

Jimmy Oum

Performance Specialist

Jimmy Oum is a performance specialist at Exos’ Texas facility. Since first joining Exos as an intern in 2017, he has built a reputation for helping athletes elevate their game through strength, speed, agility, and mindset development. Jimmy has worked with athletes across sports and levels—from emerging talents to seasoned professionals—using a science-based and personalized approach to coaching.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys playing golf, traveling, and staying active outdoors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing his MBA with an emphasis in sports business at Grand Canyon University.

Brooke Hendrickson

Coach

Brooke Hendrickson joined Exos in 2026 as a Performance Specialist. Prior to Exos, Brooke was an Athletic Performance Graduate Assistant at Lubbock Christian University. During her time there, she worked with soccer, volleyball, softball, tennis, and cheer athletes. In her own athletic career, Brooke competed in NCAA Division II softball at Lubbock Christian University while earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Performance.

A Minnesota native, Brooke enjoys spending time on the lake, running, serving at her church, and playing sand volleyball.

Brooke is passionate about developing athletes both in and out of the weight room, utilizing evidence-based training alongside personable coaching to help each athlete reach their full potential.

Savannah Robles

Physical Therapist

Savannah Robles is a double University of Florida graduate, obtaining her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Physiology as well as Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following her time in Florida, she pursued her Fellowship of Orthopedic and Sports Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) through the Institute for Athletic Regeneration and is also Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS). Throughout her time in school, she interned for the Pittsburgh Pirates and the University of Florida Gator athletic department. She has had the pleasure of working with athletes in all sports, including MLB, NFL, WNBA, MLS and NCAA collegiate sports, as well as athletes at the high school level. Her professional interests include management of shoulder injuries in overhead athletes, post operative ACL rehabilitation, and soft tissue injuries.


Outside of the clinic, Savannah enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Coriann MacNeill

Performance Dietitian

Coriann MacNeill is the Performance Dietitian at Exos. In this role, she provides nutrition support across a diverse range of high-level competitors, spanning youth athletes, collegiate players, professional athletes, and tactical military populations.

Coriann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, focusing on strength and conditioning before transitioning into dietetics, going on to complete a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. Prior to joining Exos, Coriann worked in collegiate athletics at the University of Oklahoma, where she developed fueling programs and supported high level athletes, primarily working with the football program, as well as supporting baseball and women’s tennis athletes, among other Olympic teams.

Coriann relocated to the Dallas area to join the Exos team in 2026. In her spare time Coriann enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking a variety of recipes, traveling, and spending time outside.
