Josh LaBry
General Manager
Josh joins Team Exos in Plano as the new General Manager, bringing extensive experience in fitness management and athletic development. A native of Washington, D.C., Josh grew up in Frisco and graduated from Lone Star High School, where he played soccer with FC Dallas. He continued his soccer career in college and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. He is currently pursuing his MBA and holds certifications as a NASM CPT, PES, CES, along with USSF Referee and Coaching credentials. In his career, Josh has taken on diverse roles, including Sales Manager at LA Fitness, Head Coach at Orangetheory (leading 15 classes weekly and fostering community outreach), and Personal Training Director at the YMCA of Dallas, where he led a team of trainers and organized events to expand the organization’s impact. Most recently, he managed franchise development and staff recruitment for Xponential Fitness in North Collin County. Outside of work, Josh values family time with his wife, Jeweliane, and their one-year-old daughter, Elena. An avid traveler and reality TV fan, he’s also a dedicated Boston Celtics supporter. Passionate about empowering athletes with personalized training and performance services, Josh looks forward to making a lasting impact on athletes’ journeys both in sports and in life.
Jacob Rivera
Performance Manager
With over 11 years at Exos, Jacob has dedicated his career to supporting athletes across all levels—from professional and collegiate competitors to high school and adult athletes. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Jacob’s commitment to athletic performance and wellness extends to his personal life, where he enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers, spending time with his wife Allison, and running. His true passion lies in working with youth, helping them build foundational habits that support their long-term athletic and personal growth.
Aaron Rinehart
Performance Specialist
Aaron holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science, from Tarleton State University. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS) through the NSCA, Aaron brings a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role. At Exos, he has spent the past three years focusing on high school athletic development and return-to-sport programs, guiding young athletes toward peak performance and safe recovery. Outside of work, he enjoys country music, playing guitar, and friendly pool games with his colleagues.

Savannah Smith
Performance Physical Therapy Manager
Savannah Smith serves as the Performance Physical Therapy Manager at our facility in Plano. She is a double University of Florida major, obtaining her Bachelors in Kinesiology as well as her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following her time in Florida, she pursued her Fellowship of Orthopedic and Sports Manual Therapy through the Institute for Athletic Regeneration. Throughout her time in school, she interned for the Pittsburgh Pirates and University of Florida Gator athletic sports. She has had the pleasure of working with athletes in all sports, including Major League Baseball players, NFL football players, NCAA Collegiate Sports, and our local high school athletes. Her professional interests include management of shoulder injuries in overhead athletes, post operative ACL rehabilitation, and return to sport rehabilitation. When not in the clinic, Savannah enjoys exploring her new home in Aubrey with her boyfriend and 2 dogs (kids).

Noel Williams
Performance Nutrition Specialist
Noel, MS, RD, CSSD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, as well as a Level 1 ISAK Kinanthropometrist and Certified DEXA Operator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and a master’s degree in exercise physiology and sports nutrition from Montana State University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. With nearly 15 years of experience, Noel specializes in nutrition for youth, collegiate, and professional athletes across various sports, particularly in football, combat, tactical, and weight-class sports. She also assists adults aiming to optimize health and performance and supports those with medical nutrition needs. Raised in Helena, MT, Noel enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Now based in Dallas, she spends her free time practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and following the UFC.
