Invoice Submission Procedure

When?

Invoices are due on the 15th of the month. For example, billing for the month of January will be due on February 15th.

How?

To submit an invoice to BDO, please email to: EXOS_AP@bdo.mu.

Please list Exos Entity Name (see below) in the Subject Line when you submit the invoice.

Invoice Format

You will need to include all of the following information in your invoice:

Invoice number
- Please number invoices consistently for easy tracking. For example: "001, 002....010.
The number of classes taught.
The cost per class.
The date of each class taught.
The invoice total in your local currency.
Your business name (where applicable.)
Your VAT registration number (where applicable.)
The address of the EXOS Business entity for your location.

Invoices will be paid 30 business days from receipt.

FAQ

What does "Name of Business Entity (if applicable)" mean? Some of our group exercise instructors provide their services to us via a studio or larger organization. If this is the case, please put the name of that business here. Otherwise, please put your own name or "self" in this section.

Do I need an invoice number? Yes. Please use a consistent numbering strategy for your invoices so that they can be tracked through the system. For example, 001, 002, 003.

To whom should I address my invoice? All invoices should be addressed to your local EXOS business entity.

My invoice was returned for revision. What should I do next? If your invoice was returned, you will be informed of the reason by your EXOS@Google manager. Please make revisions and resubmit your invoice via the BDO email for your country as soon as possible so that your payment will not be further delayed. Common reasons for returned invoices are:

Invoice was address to Google instead of EXOS
Invoice contains banking or payee information that does not match our current roster of instructors.
Invoice was added wrong.
Invoice contains billing for services that were not completed.

Please be sure to use the appropriate business address for your local EXOS entity on your invoice. Invoices with wrong addresses will be returned.

International payments are made via our account firm BDO

Your contact information will be shared with their team for payment purposes only. You will need to submit your invoice via email. Invoices will be paid within 30 days of receipt. You must first register as a supplier before submitting an invoice.
