McKinsey & Company Connected Leaders Academy

We work with McKinsey & Company Connected Leaders Academy to offer diverse Exos leaders the opportunity to participate in two of their development programs. The Management Accelerator program is for high-performing early- to mid-career managers and is designed to help them make the challenging leap into senior leadership. The Executive Leadership Program is built for senior executives looking to ascend to c-suite roles. It focuses on building leadership capabilities and a network to help them achieve the next critical step in their careers.

CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion

To truly make strides for diversity, equity, and inclusion, there need to be more people, especially in roles of authority, dedicated to change. This is why we joined CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion. With more than 2,200 CEO signatories, CEO Action is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. This coalition allows us to learn from other companies and industries as well as challenges us to live up to the commitments that we have set forth as an organization.

Through this partnership, we have launched the Days of Understanding series, which are webinars designed to encourage difficult, candid conversations all year long to further educate and engage with our teammates while supporting inclusivity in the workplace. This webinar series is focused on respecting and understanding one another to encourage open dialogue that leads to positive change.

Promoting Service

Employee Volunteering Program

We encourage a culture of volunteering and giving back to the communities where our teams work. That’s why we are proud to offer team members the opportunity to make a positive impact in their community both through their roles at Exos as well as in their personal lives. Through our program, team members can choose from a range of opportunities to work with local organizations by donating their time and skill set. Whether volunteering in communities close to home or taking advantage of an Exos-led community give-back program, team members are also encouraged to share their stories of giving back and track their volunteer time, where they are celebrated internally and externally along the way.

Supporting Belonging

At Exos, we believe in the power of community. Our employee-formed and managed community groups aim to educate, connect, and inspire employees globally. There are two types of groups at Exos: Employee resource groups and special interest groups. What’s the difference? Here’s our take.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs exist to support. Comprised of employees from underrepresented communities and their allies (employees who do not share the identity of the group but seek to support the mission), they receive funding and resources that offer employees opportunities to network, take part in cultural events, support workforce growth, and more.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
SIGs exist to connect. These are groups of employees who enjoy similar activities and interests and serve as a place to meet together as well as a forum for those who are interested in learning new activities.
